Let the blogging begin...

I am starting this blog to document my much awaited project. I'm going on the HCG project! whooo hooo! I'm doing this because I told my bbf that I want her to know every detail about this venture. So here you go ES! (Miss you by the way)

Let me explain how I ended up using "the MD Fanatic." For those who know me well, I'm borderline hypochondriac. hahaha After reading the symptoms, I'm 80% positive. hahaha The thing I really love doing is searching the web about diseases and medical break throughs. I can stay up all night doing that. I guess the biggest reason why I'm the way I am is being sick as a teenager. I suffer from a thyroid problem and I was so frustrated cuz there were no medical information I can get hold of. Our school libraby was whack! My doctor was whack too! He didn't explain things to me in detail. There was no internet yet. Anyhow, I'm just really fascinated with the medical stuff. Though I'm really into the Homeopathic/alternative stuff. I could have made a good career as a researcher about medical stuff. I would totally enjoy it…hahaha what a weirdo. As I blog along, I will probably be able to mention all the things I tried....some crazy...some yucky...hahaha

So there! enough of my rambling...let's get to the gooooood stuff! I'm so ecstatic about my HCG. First off, HCG stands for Human chorionic gonadotrophin. It's a glycoprotein hormone produced in pregnancy that is made by the developing embryo soon after conception. It’s the indicator if a woman is pregnant or not. It’s seen in the urine….that’s why we put urine when we do pregnancy tests. Es, do you find it weird at this point? Haha basically it’s a hormone that’s normal for us girls…so don’t be scurred k? This is wayyyy safer than our appetite suppressant pills. That’s why I’m so excited. I don’t want to explain more about the HCG cuz it’s available everywhere…just google it. It claims to make you lose 1 lb a day if you strictly follow the protocol. It targets to melt away the Abnormal Fats…the fats that’s not suppose to be there but it’s there! Hhahaha the rolls on the back…big ass thighs…kili-kili fats!

I ordered my stash last week, Oct. 6, 2009. Shipping is like 10-15 days. It seems forever if you ask me. I can’t wait to start. So how in the world did I find out about this? My brother’s gf told me that Belo launched a new diet injection. And if you know me, hahahha I researched it right away. I asked the doctor I know from the clinic about this diet. I wasn’t contented, I also contacted the customer service of Belo. They told me it’s a program of 23 daily injections with a diet. I continued to research and the HCG diet kept popping up in my search engine. I was curious so I looked it up and to my surprise, it was a protocol of injections and a diet. So there you go mama!!!! By the way, Belo charges freaking 500 bones for that shit. I researched over the weekend, and by Monday, I’ve already placed my order online. Wtf??? Hahaha Dude, you know me, I’ll try anything. Hahaha I’ll give one vial to Alan, so he too can lose weight. He’s really heavy these days. Anyways, I’m not wasting any time. While I’m waiting for the package, I’m doing my research. I’m back to my nightly Youtube routine….fuck makeup! Hahaha it’s HCG time! The most challenging part for me too would be spicing up the food. The diet is limited to 500 calories per day! Inconceivable huh? Here’s the diet:

The hCG Diet Overview

Breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

Lunch:
1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

Dinner :
The same four choices as lunch (above.)

We don’t even have Grissino or Melba toast in P.I.! crazy! So this will be interesting. I already have a notebook to list all the menus or recipes I can come up with. I’m glad we have tilapia here. I’m looking forward to crabs as well! Sawsaw sa vinegar! Yummerrssss! The best in the west! Me and Alan were talking about grilled Rib-eye steak with boiled asparagus. Hahhaa For shrimp, we can steam it then patis and calamansi! Yum! I don’t even know if Patis is allowed. Haha

So here's the deal...the HCG is the one that makes you survive the 500 cal diet. Personally, I think I'll faint with that little food. People on HCG say they don’t have hunger pains that much. I think the problem really is curbing the cravings. I will let you know mama once im on the protocol. So there! This is too long na…don’t want to bore you. Till my next post! Labsyah!
