It's here!!!!

I'm so excited now. All my supplies arrived already...HCG...vials...bacteriostatic water...syringes. The only thing that hasn't come is TOM!!! it sucks. I've been reading that the best time to start the protocol is after your last day. Man! i cant wait to mix the HCG and get my first injection! haha what a weirdo. but yeah, my first order of HCG from Deliverydrug.ca hasn't arrive yet and it's already been over 3 weeks. But my order from Alldaychemist, arrived like in 6 days! that's super awesome! I really recommend them. At first, i was kinda skeptical cuz they didn't send me the tracking number right away. I ordered Corion.

I've read that it's good. The packing says manufactured in Switzerland and marketed in India. So I'll just give an update about that. My other order was the HUCOG brand.

Mumzee already sent me her recipes for the protocol. I can't wait to lose the weight. As soon as TOM leaves, I'm ready! I've stopped buying or even looking at clothes. The next time I buy is when i shed the first 15-20 lbs. The truth is, i have so many clothes from my last US trip. I was 20 lbs lighter that time. All of the clothes I bought there don't fit anymore. So when I lose weight, i have a lot of clothes waiting for me.

I hate being fat!!!! I hate that I dont have any clothes that fit me. I hate the fat in my chin and my face and jaws. I look like a person with prosthetics. I feel my fats are eating me as a person. Sometimes I don't recognize myself in the mirror and I most definitely don't like the chuncky person I've become. I am 35lbs over weight. And with a small frame that I have, 35lbs is not good. I am really hopeful that HCG will help me get my old body back and maintain it for good.

I've tried appetite suppresant pills and that shit gave me elevated high blood pressure. Though I can't deny, Reductil really made me lose 20 lbs. I was able to maintain it for about 8 months. I'm sooo tempted to take it again prior to discovering HCG but im just so scared to go full blown hypertensive. I'm only in my 30s. You know, thinking about it now, Reductil was my wonder drug...i even said I'm not going to get fat again cuz of that drug. If only it was super safe, I'd take every single day.

I'll be back for another update. Hope TOM arrives soon.

Still patiently waiting...

Last saturday, I bought a digital weighing scale. I returned it cuz it gives me different values everytime I went on it. I got so excited cuz it was on sale for Php500. So today, I exchanged it for a better one (hopefully). It was funny too cuz the salespeople kept saying, "maam, try it." I was all...no...you guys will see how much i weigh. hahaha so they had to try it for me. They were tricking me too when they were trying to set up the scale...your age maam? hahhaa im like....ummm no! I wouldn't give in. I was appalled because I'm heavier than those two guys. It's really time to diet!

Anyway, today, I got a notice from the post office. I picked up my package, but it was only the HCG kit. The kit was shipped last Oct 8. I was in the post office by Oct 14 but the notice didnt get to me till today, Oct 20. Talk about slow mo! I find it weird that the HCG kit arrived earlier than the HCG itself. How far is India anyways? Well, I'm not really in a hurry because I've planned out when im going to start my HCG. I'm not taking it till November. I just want to start it after my next menstruation. That's the thing, you can't take HCG when you have your period.

So there! I think i need to order my second set of HCG for my round two. I just cant believe how expensive the insulin syringes are in you buy it in the states. If I try to order per pack, it will cost me around P1,000 plus...here, I can get it for P300. The brand I get in Mercury drug says made in the USA. I still need to find a supplier of the sterile glass vials here and the bacteriostatic water as well. I'm sure someone sells it, just need to find them.

I'll just update again when the HCG arrives. Later! By the way, I purchased my HCG supplies from http://www.hcgsuppliesforless.com/

Let the blogging begin...

I am starting this blog to document my much awaited project. I'm going on the HCG project! whooo hooo! I'm doing this because I told my bbf that I want her to know every detail about this venture. So here you go ES! (Miss you by the way)

Let me explain how I ended up using "the MD Fanatic." For those who know me well, I'm borderline hypochondriac. hahaha After reading the symptoms, I'm 80% positive. hahaha The thing I really love doing is searching the web about diseases and medical break throughs. I can stay up all night doing that. I guess the biggest reason why I'm the way I am is being sick as a teenager. I suffer from a thyroid problem and I was so frustrated cuz there were no medical information I can get hold of. Our school libraby was whack! My doctor was whack too! He didn't explain things to me in detail. There was no internet yet. Anyhow, I'm just really fascinated with the medical stuff. Though I'm really into the Homeopathic/alternative stuff. I could have made a good career as a researcher about medical stuff. I would totally enjoy it…hahaha what a weirdo. As I blog along, I will probably be able to mention all the things I tried....some crazy...some yucky...hahaha

So there! enough of my rambling...let's get to the gooooood stuff! I'm so ecstatic about my HCG. First off, HCG stands for Human chorionic gonadotrophin. It's a glycoprotein hormone produced in pregnancy that is made by the developing embryo soon after conception. It’s the indicator if a woman is pregnant or not. It’s seen in the urine….that’s why we put urine when we do pregnancy tests. Es, do you find it weird at this point? Haha basically it’s a hormone that’s normal for us girls…so don’t be scurred k? This is wayyyy safer than our appetite suppressant pills. That’s why I’m so excited. I don’t want to explain more about the HCG cuz it’s available everywhere…just google it. It claims to make you lose 1 lb a day if you strictly follow the protocol. It targets to melt away the Abnormal Fats…the fats that’s not suppose to be there but it’s there! Hhahaha the rolls on the back…big ass thighs…kili-kili fats!

I ordered my stash last week, Oct. 6, 2009. Shipping is like 10-15 days. It seems forever if you ask me. I can’t wait to start. So how in the world did I find out about this? My brother’s gf told me that Belo launched a new diet injection. And if you know me, hahahha I researched it right away. I asked the doctor I know from the clinic about this diet. I wasn’t contented, I also contacted the customer service of Belo. They told me it’s a program of 23 daily injections with a diet. I continued to research and the HCG diet kept popping up in my search engine. I was curious so I looked it up and to my surprise, it was a protocol of injections and a diet. So there you go mama!!!! By the way, Belo charges freaking 500 bones for that shit. I researched over the weekend, and by Monday, I’ve already placed my order online. Wtf??? Hahaha Dude, you know me, I’ll try anything. Hahaha I’ll give one vial to Alan, so he too can lose weight. He’s really heavy these days. Anyways, I’m not wasting any time. While I’m waiting for the package, I’m doing my research. I’m back to my nightly Youtube routine….fuck makeup! Hahaha it’s HCG time! The most challenging part for me too would be spicing up the food. The diet is limited to 500 calories per day! Inconceivable huh? Here’s the diet:

The hCG Diet Overview

Breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

Lunch:
1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

Dinner :
The same four choices as lunch (above.)

We don’t even have Grissino or Melba toast in P.I.! crazy! So this will be interesting. I already have a notebook to list all the menus or recipes I can come up with. I’m glad we have tilapia here. I’m looking forward to crabs as well! Sawsaw sa vinegar! Yummerrssss! The best in the west! Me and Alan were talking about grilled Rib-eye steak with boiled asparagus. Hahhaa For shrimp, we can steam it then patis and calamansi! Yum! I don’t even know if Patis is allowed. Haha

So here's the deal...the HCG is the one that makes you survive the 500 cal diet. Personally, I think I'll faint with that little food. People on HCG say they don’t have hunger pains that much. I think the problem really is curbing the cravings. I will let you know mama once im on the protocol. So there! This is too long na…don’t want to bore you. Till my next post! Labsyah!
