I'm loving Phase 3. This is when you can eat anything except for starch, carbs and sugar. There are so many things you can eat during this phase. The sweets are really tempting but I dont want to ruin my HCG protocol. I've gone too far to ruin it with a piece of cookie. (its very tempting though!!! haha) I have stayed within my LIW and I eat a lot! My breakfast usually are veal sausages...my lunch will be chicken, beef, veggies with no limits...my snack today was grilled unagi and salmon...walnuts...orange juice....for dinner i had sausages and chicken. Im pretty full. But you know when you dont end your meal with a dessert, it doesnt feel like a complete meal. It's all good! I can have the sugar free...zero carb jello. So we'll see it that will add weight in the days to come.
I just hate that I can't find time to work out since I started Phase 3. I'm really determined to lose all my excess weight. I'm only 15-18 lbs. away from my target weight. That's totally reachable with HCG. I'll be having my next round in late Jan or Early Feb 2010. I'm excited! This diet is very do-able! I can do it over and over again! This is really my answer to obesity. So happy about that :)
