OMG! I can't believe I woke up so early considering I slept at 2am. I'm so excited to inject myself! haha that's the MD in me. I weighed myself and I gained 2 lbs. Wow! not bad from all the fats I ate yesterday. Last night, I was eating till 1 am. The food was already up to my neck. I felt reallu stuffed. This morning though, as im writhing this blog, I can feel my tummy growling already. haha oh well!
I'm excited to eat today. I bought bacon and hotdogs. Im going to have that for breakfast. I also need to think of things I have to buy in the supermarket. I need to make sure I have food to eat so I can strictly follow the diet.
I can't wait to inject again tomorrow. Haha I hope 175 IU of HCG injection is the perfect dose for me. I'm also thinking if I need b12 shots. Maybe I'll just take the oral supplements. I hope it doesn't interfere with my weight loss.
8:40pm Update: There's a big bruise where I injected the HCG. I prolly hit a vein or something. Hope that's not too bad. Anyway, I'm still contemplating whether I'm going to take another day of loading. I'll figure it out tomorrow. Can't wait to inject again tomorrow.
