I lost 1.5 lbs when I woke up today! yay! man! this diet works so fast. I mean, even if I try to eat less and exercise a little, I wouldn't lose 5 lbs in a week! This is exciting. The hunger isn't that bad too. I felt hungry at around 9:30am. I just drank my green tea and I'm good. At around 11:30am I ate 3 slices of apple and felt better. For Lunch, I had ground beef will cucumber slices. I seasoned the cucumber with apple cide vinegar, onion and garlic powder and black pepper. It was good!!! haha Everything seems to be good when you're hungry. I wasn't able to finish it. I'm just going to eat the rest if I get hungry this afternoon.
Overall, I'm fine but I don't have the same energy I have when I eat all I want. But it's only day 3 VLCD, my body is prolly still adjusting. It's really not that bad! i can eat like this everyday, but with larger portions. I just can't wait till I lose all my excess weight. I'm going to have tilapia and spinach tonight.
